Schedule:
12-hour shifts, rotating schedule, nights and weekends
Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Compounder to prepare and measure raw materials for production. This role involves using scales or automated systems to accurately weigh materials, maintaining cleanliness of processing equipment, and completing production documentation in line with company standards. You will be responsible for
  • Prepare batches of raw materials per production specifications
  • Accurately weigh and handle materials using manual or automated equipment
  • Clean and sanitize tanks, pumps, lines, and other processing equipment
  • Maintain accurate and timely records
  • Adhere to hazardous material handling and PPE protocols Required Qualifications
  • Prior experience in manufacturing, labor, or material handling preferred
  • Familiarity with machine operation and lean manufacturing practices
  • Forklift and warehouse equipment experience a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organization

Pay:
$23.00 - $24.00 per hour
