Duties Arrive on time Be ready to learn Follow directions from your manager Have patience with your training Driving a forklift Experience Previous factory or manufacturing facility experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate. Basic math skills are essential for measuring components accurately and performing calculations related to machining tolerances. Hands-on experience with hand tools, tooling setup, materials handling equipment such as forklifts, and quality control instruments is a plus. Demonstrated ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail is critical for success in this position.
