Installation Assistant

Vangura is seeking motivated and reliable Installation Assistants to join our growing team. We specialize in providing high-quality countertops and coordinating accessories, helping bring our clients' projects to life with precision and care. As an Installation Assistant, you'll work alongside a Lead Installation Technician as part of a 2-3 person team, installing stone, wood, and solid surface countertops in residential and commercial spaces throughout the greater Pittsburgh area. This is a hands-on role with excellent opportunities for growth. You'll gain experience using advanced tools and techniques while learning from some of the most skilled professionals in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the installation of countertops in a variety of materials including stone, wood, and solid surface Safely remove and dispose of existing countertops Support the Lead Installation Technician with on-site tasks and project execution Participate in ongoing skills training and development Deliver a positive, professional experience for clients in their homes or workplaces Maintain a strong, team-first attitude on every job site
