Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This role is vital in ensuring the efficient operation of various industrial machinery, contributing directly to the quality and productivity of our production processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for precision machining. As a Machine Operator, you will be instrumental in maintaining high safety standards while executing complex machine operations that support our manufacturing goals. Duties Operate a variety of industrial machines including crepe's, dumpling's, and empanada's machines, freezers, and packing machines. Set up and adjust machinery according to technical specifications and production documents to ensure optimal performance. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and manufacturing instructions to accurately produce parts and components. Conduct routine inspections of machines. Troubleshoot mechanical issues promptly, perform minor repairs or adjustments, and escalate complex problems to maintenance teams as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to all safety standards in production environments. Requirements Mechanical experience required. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret mechanical blueprints and technical drawings confidently. Experience with safety standards in manufacturing environments including proper use of hand tools, tooling, and materials handling equipment like forklifts. Manufacturing facility experience preferred. Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy materials safely, and work in a fast-paced production setting.
