We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Embroidery Machine Operator to join our in-house production team. Responsibilities Operate commercial multi-head embroidery machines to produce high-quality embroidered apparel and accessories. Prepare garments, set up embroidery designs, and monitor production. Inspect finished products to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency. Troubleshoot basic machine issues and perform routine maintenance. Assist with garment preparation, finishing, and packaging as needed. Work with the embroidery team to meet daily production goals and order deadlines. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace. Qualifications Previous commercial embroidery experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team. Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing hands-on production tasks. Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience. Full-time, Monday-Friday schedule.
