Hour Rotating Schedule Day Shift:
5:45 AM•6:00
PM Night Shift:
5:45 PM•6:00
AM Perks:
Work only 7 days every 2 weeks Every other weekend off Two 3-day weekends every month No swing shifts Responsibilities Set up and optimize thermoforming/extrusion equipment Troubleshoot production and machine issues Complete changeovers and quality checks Support machine uptime and continuous improvement Follow SOPs, GMP, and safety standards Assist with minor maintenance tasks Qualifications 1+ year plastics manufacturing experience preferred Thermoforming and troubleshooting experience preferred Experience following SOPs required High school diploma or equivalent required
