Pay ranges from $22.00 to $24.20 per hour depending on shift. In this role, you'll work with specialized looms to create high-quality materials used in medical and industrial applications—precision matters, and your work has real impact. What You'll Do Set up and operate weaving looms (broad or shuttle) to produce fabric products Draw in warp yarn and prepare machines according to detailed specifications Monitor production and make adjustments to maintain quality standards Identify and correct defects during the weaving process Record production data, measurements, and machine downtime using a tablet Follow SOPs and work instructions to ensurepliance and consistency Maintain a clean, safe, andanized work environment What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent 0-1 year of manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions Goodmunication skills and ability to work across shifts Basic math skills (measurements, calculations, etc.) Comfortable using basicputer systems for data entry and tracking Reliable,anized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Why ? Pay Details:
