Job Description:
Follow all environmental, health, and safety requirements, including proper use of equipment and MSDS labeling systems
Start up and shut down mold sizing presses according to standard procedures
Remove parts from mold and sizing presses and ensure proper handling
Load, unload, and adjust ovens to maintain production requirements
Perform component assembly as needed
Inspect parts in accordance with process sheets and quality standards
Enter inspection and production data into the Plex system
Perform Statistical Process Control (SPC), including completing X-bar & R charts
Maintain accurate documentation (Alerts, CARS, RFCs, Travelers, Process Sheets, SPC records)
Conduct sinter checks and monitor product quality throughout the process
Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
Use gauges and measuring tools to verify part specifications
Perform quality checks, final inspection, and leak testing
Inspect, wash, and pack parts (Keystone unit) according to standards
Manage non-conforming materials using the NCM system
Handle scrap materials in accordance with company procedures
Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness following 5S standards
Understand and follow all work instructions and process documentation
Complete required training, including Plexus-specific training
