Description he purpose of the Operator is to carry out all production activities and quality checks relative to the operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately observe, measure and record product characteristics as noted on inspection plans and process sheets.
- Act properly and timely when out of control conditions or nonconforming product is detected.
- Effectively communicate job related information.
Basic Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean safe, and organized work area.
- Perform other duties as required.
Competency Requirements:
- Understand process sheets used in the operation.
- Understand the use of the SPC programs.
- Understand and follow internal quality policy and job related procedures.
- Proficient at use of measuring equipment.
