Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our 2nd shift manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of machinery to produce high-quality products efficiently and safely. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced equipment and contribute to a fast-paced, innovative production environment. Duties Saw operation on raw material, operation of control buttons to control speed, cut, and length Ensuring quality of the product coming out of the operation: checking length of boards, visual quality check Use precision measuring instrument Responsible for accurate count of boards on the pallet before material is moved to inventory, assembly or kilns. Follow safety protocols diligently, ensuring a clean and organized work area while adhering to factory standards. Qualifications Ability to use precision measuring instruments confidently. Experience with materials handling equipment such as pallet jacks. Basic math skills necessary for measuring and calculating dimensions during production processes. Hands-on experience in manufacturing environments is highly desirable. Strong safety awareness with the ability to follow all safety procedures diligently. Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions to complete the job orders.
Shift hours for position:
  • 2nd shift
  • Monday
  • Friday 3:00pm
  • 11:00pm
Pay:
From $18.00 per hour
