Core Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and maintain production machinery (mills, lathes, etc.) Measure and inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and other precision tools Produce small-batch steel components to meet quality and safety standards Follow written instructions and verbal direction; learn new processes quickly

Requirements:

Must pass background check and drug screening (at no cost to you) Steel-toe footwear required (other PPE provided) Supportive team environment with opportunities for cross-training and advancement
