Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Mailroom Associate for a temporary-to-permanent opportunity in Shippensburg, PA. This role supports the daily operations of a combined mail and print center, including USPS mail processing, FedEx shipping, print production, finishing, reporting, and equipment operation. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented administrative and records management professional who enjoys hands-on work, client interaction, and a fast-paced service environment. The Mailroom Associate will work with supportive leadership, contribute to an organized team setting, and build valuable experience across mailroom operations, print production, wide-format printing, and business support services. Key Responsibilities

• Process incoming and outgoing USPS mail, including metering, sorting, and daily mail handling.
• Prepare and process FedEx shipments using shipping software and established procedures.
• Operate production print equipment, wide-format printers, and finishing tools for print center requests.
• Perform print layout, laminating, folding, GBC binding, cutting, and other finishing tasks.
• Maintain accurate monthly records and prepare activity reports for mail and print center operations.
• Provide professional, customer-focused support to employees and clients while maintaining an organized work area. Compensation and Benefits

• Pay:

  $24 to $25 per hour, with the listed assignment rate at $25 per hour.

• Schedule:

  Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
