We are hiring Machine Operators to work in a modern machine shop environment. If you have basic mechanical skills, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn, we provide training to help you succeed. What You'll Do Set up and operate CNC Mazak machines. Load and unload materials and parts. Measure, inspect, and clean finished products. Monitor machine performance and report any issues. Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Read and follow blueprints and work instructions. Perform quality checks using tape measures, micrometers, and calipers. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety and quality standards. What We're Looking For Mechanical aptitude and interest in manufacturing. Ability to use hand tools and power tools. Basic understanding of measurements and inspections. Ability to read blueprints or willingness to learn. Strong attention to detail and quality. Reliable attendance and positive attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Somerset, PA. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
