Operate and monitor production machinery to safely and efficiently manufacture, fill, blend, and package adhesive and sealant products while maintaining quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Follow all safety protocols and procedures, including wearing the required PPE at all times
Promote a safe work environment through adherence to OSHA regulations as well as company standards.
Operate and monitor mixing machines
Follow batch sheet with great attention to detail
Adjust machine settings to ensure efficient and effective production
Perform quality checks to ensure products meet customer specifications
Perform equipment PMs and clean equipment
Troubleshoot mechanical issues as needed
Education:
High School H.
S Diploma or GED Experience:
36 months Must have at least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Physical:
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
