A Filling Machine Operator operates and maintains machinery which fills containers at a production or manufacturing facility, or a distribution hub. These machines may also seal and weigh the containers.

Easton, PA Batching Operators Responsibilities:
Weigh and measure raw materials according to batch formulas. Operate mixers, blenders, pumps, valves, switches, and compounding equipment. Open and close valves, connect hoses, and transfer materials between tanks and production lines. Dose water, chemicals, fragrances, and other ingredients into batches per specifications. Monitor product quality, including consistency, color, and viscosity. Collect samples for QA testing and maintain batch records. Clean and sanitize equipment to prevent contamination. Follow GMP, SOP, safety, and PPE requirements. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Batching Operators Requirements:
Manufacturing, compounding, mixing, or chemical processing experience preferred. Ability to follow batch formulas and production instructions accurately. Experience operating industrial mixers, pumps, valves, and related production equipment preferred. Strong attention to detail and quality standards. Ability to complete production documentation accurately. Comfortable working with chemicals and wearing required PPE.
