Full Job Description Description:

Join our as a Machine Operator, where you will play a vital role in producing high-quality bioplastic products through various manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery including extrusion, thermoforming, blow molding, and injection molding. Set up machines according to production specifications and ensure proper calibration. Inspect finished products for quality, consistency, and adherence to specifications. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area. Document production data and report any issues to supervisors promptly. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and quality standards.
Skills and Qualifications:
Prior experience operating plastic manufacturing machinery such as extrusion, thermoforming, blow molding, or injection molding. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control standards. Team player; work collaboratively with supervisors, maintenance, and quality staff Good mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Attention to detail and commitment to safety. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions accurately. High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus.
Requirements:
Physical & Work Requirements Ability to walk production floor and warehouse regularly Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs Availability for off-shift or emergency facility issues as needed Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with noise, heat, and moving equipment We offer a supportive work environment with opportunities for advancement.
