Job Description

(Starting Salary $21/hr - 1st shift) •$1,000 Sign-on Bonus•6:00 am to 4:30 pm - Monday thru Thursday (10 hour shifts)
REQUIREMENTS
Experience:
Minimum one(1) year high-speed packaging preferred
Education:
High School Diploma or GED Skills:
Dependable Cooperative Conscientious Able to work in a team environment Basic mechanical skills and aptitude Ability to safely operate a forklift Ability to count, read, write legibly and communicate effectively Ability to follow instructions Ability to lift a minimum of 60 pounds
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Must be able to set up, changeover, and operate a minimum of 2 pieces of equipment or processes as follows: Tubers Operation 5 Gallon Filler DBQ Operation Aerosol Line Fillers Support Rework Operations Gallon Line Operation Labeler Tipper/Capper Run other production equipment as assigned. After being trained, be capable of relieving aerosol line machine operators Perform manual packaging operations. Load and unload trucks Utilize Batch Sheet Report to verify correct components for production runs. Comply with
ISO 9000
production procedures. Perform minor maintenance on assigned machines. Complete required paperwork for Production records. Keep work area clean and orderly. Follow all safety regulations and report unsafe conditions to supervisor. Perform other duties as assigned. CRC Industries, Inc. facilities receive, blend, and package mixtures of chemicals. The facilities are regulated for the flammable substances onsite and utilize multiple safety features including engineering controls such as fail-safe devices, exhaust and ventilation systems, fire safety systems, automatic shutoff systems, and gas detection systems, as well as administrative controls and personal protective equipment.
