Job Description
Job Overview The Assembly Personnel is responsible for assembling plastic components and finished products according to company specifications and production requirements. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow technical instructions, and a commitment to maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standards throughout the production process. Responsibilities Assist with assembly tasks, including scraping & assembling parts using hand tools, adhesives, and power tools as needed. Conduct quality checks on products and components to ensure they meet company standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and troubleshoot issues promptly. Follow safety protocols diligently and report any hazards or incidents immediately. Qualifications Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is preferred, but not required Experience with hand tools is preferred, but not required Ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout shifts Ability to lift 50 lbs.
