DMS-Daily Management System:
CILT, CL, DH
o CILT-Cleaning, Inspection, Lubrication, Tightening o CL-Centerlining o DH-Defect Handling Maintain a safe and clean working environment What makes you a good fit 1-2 years of previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment Willingness to flex schedule in order to meet business needs, including extended shifts, weekends and holidays if necessary, as well as moving to other shifts to balance skills, results, vacation coverage and training opportunities Demonstrated proficiency in the use of a computer, including Microsoft Word, Excel Good verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated problem solving and technical troubleshooting skills; ability to resolve issues independently and understand when additional support is needed Acts as a role model and provides direct feedback to encourage appropriate work behaviors Shares skills and knowledge with other team members Demonstrated desire and capacity for continuous learning of new work methods and technology Demonstrated ability to work within a team Current forklift certification or ability to become certified Technical Proficiency Operation of packaging machinery and production equipment. Ability to set up, adjust, and troubleshoot equipment according to manufacturing specifications. Quality Assurance Monitoring output quality against control standards. Identifying and managing defective products. Record Management Accurately maintaining daily production records for performance analysis. Interpersonal Competencies Team Collaboration Effectively working within a team environment, facilitating cooperation, and skill sharing. Communication Skills Possessing good verbal and written communication skills for clear interaction and documentation. This range reflects the good‑faith minimum and maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting. This role is classified as non‑exempt, and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees in this position may be eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms of compensation, depending on role and location. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as the candidate's skills, experience, training, certifications, and work location.
