Job Summary Are you looking for an exciting, hands-on internship in a fast-paced work environment for the summer of 2027? Join one of Pennsylvania's fastest growing companies today! WebstaurantStore, a Clark Associates company, is looking for dedicated and hardworking candidates that have leadership qualities to join our growing company as an Operations Intern for the summer of 2027. We are radically growing in the online perishables industry and you can be a part of this growth. This internship will provide the opportunity to learn all warehouse department operations from the ground up. As an Operations Intern, you will: Learn cold chain warehouse operations and processes in a hands-on environment Work closely with warehouse management to develop practical solutions to problems without sacrificing quality Help supervisors and their teams meet department's daily, weekly and monthly goals of the distribution center Analyze opportunities for growth, cutting costs, reducing damages and improving efficiencies Continually improve productivity targets and develop process improvements Complete internship projects, which could include, but are not limited to: Testing new order packing processes and materials Create new standard operating procedures for various warehouse processes Improve and update training manuals Test new warehouse software processes Physical Requirements Work is performed while standing and/or walking, up to and including 12 hours/day. Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing. Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations. Requires regular bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching. Requires the ability to regularly lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 75lbs. Experience No experience required.
