You will ensure our high-quality products are sliced, weighed, and sealed to perfection. We are looking for someone who takes pride in technical precision and thrives in a fast-paced environment where safety and sanitation are the top priorities.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm (with mandatory OT as needed)
Key Responsibilities Equipment Operation:
Manage and oversee the operational and safety functions of high-end machinery.
Documentation:
Accurately log production activities using our Product Traceability Computer System.
Physical Excellence:
Frequently lift 30-40 lbs. and maneuver fully loaded meat cages and product bins.
SafetySanitation:
Maintain a hazard-free workspace and perform deep-cleaning of machinery using authorized chemicals and required PPE.
Compliance:
Strictly follow all food safety, basic hygiene, and USDA-related procedures.
Requirements Reliability:
Consistent and dependable attendance is a must.
Coachability:
Ability to follow complex instructions and standardized operating procedures.
