Monday-Friday Shift Start:

5:00 AM until production is finished (typically up to 10-12 hours per day) Position Overview We are seeking dependable and motivated Machine Operators to operate and maintain production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Machine setup experience is preferred, and Hayssen experience is a plus. Training is available for candidates with a strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn. Essential Responsibilities Operate and monitor production machinery. Perform machine setup, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting. Keep machines running efficiently to support production goals. Perform routine equipment maintenance and inspections. Ensure products meet quality and safety standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all company safety guidelines and food manufacturing policies. Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet production demands. Qualifications Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred. Machine setup experience strongly preferred. Hayssen equipment experience is a plus but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential. Willingness to learn and be trained on company equipment and processes. Physical Requirements Stand for extended periods (10-12 hours per day). Consistently lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Frequent bending, twisting, and repetitive movement.
