2nd & 3rd Shift Opportunities (MUST train on first shift) About the Role We are hiring reliable, skilled Machine Operators to support production across all shifts. You'll work with digital‑controlled machinery, receive full training, and help produce high‑quality products that meet customer specifications. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role in a clean, safe, team‑oriented environment. Benefits & Company Highlights Strong benefits package Excellent company culture Collaborative, team‑focused environment Small‑company feel with supportive leadership Clean, organized, and safe production facility Key Responsibilities Operate digital‑controlled machinery and auxiliary equipment Load raw materials, feed wire through machines, and remove finished products Perform changeovers between products/packages Complete quality welds using butt welders Conduct operator‑level preventative maintenance Use tape measures, micrometers, and calipers to maintain accurate production and quality records Follow product quality, delivery, and scrap standards Operate machinery safely and wear all required PPE Keep work area clean and organized Participate in training, meetings, and project teams Operate a forklift (must maintain valid license and pass OSHA‑approved training) Work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment Troubleshoot issues using standard problem‑solving methods What You Bring Experience operating machinery in a production or manufacturing setting Ability to read and use measuring tools accurately Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Strong attention to detail and quality Reliability, safety awareness, and teamwork mindset Ability to adapt to changing priorities Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of York, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
