• What You'll Do
• + Operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment to meet quality and production goals + Perform machine setups, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting + Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met + Complete production and inventory documentation + Move materials and support production flow as needed + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area + Work closely with team members to maximize efficiency and productivity + Cross-train on additional equipment and manufacturing processes •What We're Looking For•+ At least 1 year of manufacturing, production, machine operation, or industrial experience + High school diploma or GED preferred + Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail + Commitment to safety, quality, and attendance + Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment + Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn •Available Shifts•2nd Shift Machine Operator•+ Monday-Friday + 2:45 PM - 11:00 PM + •$18.

• The pay range for this position is $18.

75 - $18.75/hr.
