Join the RJ Best Events Team! RJ Best Events is one of the leading wedding and corporate event décor companies serving Maryland, Washington, DC, Northern Virginia and Delaware. We specialize in creating elegant weddings, luxury receptions, corporate events, and social celebrations. We're looking for motivated and dependable individuals to join our Event Setup & Teardown Crew. If you enjoy hands-on work, working with a team, and being part of creating unforgettable events, we'd love to meet you! Position Part-Time Event Setup & Teardown Crew Pay $20-$30 per hour (based on experience) Schedule Mostly Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays Flexible scheduling based on event bookings Typical shifts range from 6-12 hours Opportunity for recurring work throughout the year What You'll Do Load and unload décor equipment and supplies Set up wedding and corporate event décor Install backdrops, stages setups, draping, floral arrangements, lighting, centerpieces, and specialty décor Follow setup diagrams and instructions from Crew Leaders Assist with event teardown and packing Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Represent RJ Best Events professionally while working at venues What We're Looking For Reliable transportation Ability to lift 50-75 lbs Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and working for extended periods Positive attitude and willingness to learn Dependable, punctual, and a team player Weekend availability is required Experience Experience in any of the following is a plus but not required : Event setup Wedding décor Warehouse Moving companies Furniture delivery Landscaping Hospitality Audio/Visual production Paid training is provided for the right candidates.
