Not specified Overview Leave placeholder text here for recruiter to input Responsibilities Operate various card production equipment to personalize debit/credit cards according to customer specifications Work with other operators, technicians, and supervisory staff to achieve daily and monthly goals Perform minor equipment maintenance and adjustments per written and oral instructions Conduct quality inspections on own work according to production standards Identify potential production and quality problems, recommending remedial, corrective, or contingency actions Maintain a clean and orderly work area Order supplies as needed and attend appropriate training and meetings Ensure compliance with all security and production policies and procedures Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent experience Basic computer skills Basic math skills required Good communication skills in both written and verbal Strong analytical, numerical, and reasoning abilities Ability to write routine reports and correspondence Ability to solve practical problems and interpret instructions in various forms Ability to establish credibility and be decisive while supporting organizational priorities 1-3 years experience in mechanical ability 1-3 years experience in safety rules and maintenance instructions Intermediate computer skills Physical ability to stand and operate a machine for 6+ hours a day System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
