What You'll Do You'll play a key role in producing personalized debit and credit cards by operating advanced card production equipment.

This includes:

Running and monitoring production machines with precision Collaborating with operators, technicians, and supervisors to meet daily and monthly targets Performing routine maintenance and fine-tuning equipment Conducting quality checks to ensure every card meets high standards Identifying and resolving production or quality issues proactively Following strict security and production protocols Key Responsibilities Work efficiently in a fast-paced production setting Prioritize tasks and manage workflow effectively Maintain high standards of output and accuracy Independently perform inspections and ensure quality control Keep your workstation clean, organized, and safe Troubleshoot and contribute to process improvements Support team members and foster a positive work environment Manage supplies and attend training sessions as needed What You Bring High School Diploma (or equivalent experience) Basic computer, math, and communication skills Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities Ability to interpret instructions from various formats Confidence in decision-making balanced with teamwork Ideal Candidate Profile A proactive learner with a growth mindset A team player who values collaboration and communication Flexible and eager to work with both new and traditional technologies Committed to safety, quality, and continuous improvement 1-3 years of mechanical or production experience preferred Familiar with safety standards and basic maintenance practices Intermediate computer proficiency is a plus Physical Requirements Ability to stand and operate machinery for 6+ hours per day Qualified candidates should

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS

Pay Range•: $15.00 - $17.50 per hour •Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
