$17.50/hr (1st Shift) | $18.73/hr (2nd Shift)

You'll be: Operating various card production equipment to personalize debit/credit cards per customer specifications Performing minor equipment maintenance and adjustments based on instructions Independently conducting quality inspections to meet production standards Maintaining a clean, orderly workstation and complying with all security and production policies Identifying and addressing potential production and quality issues Collaborating with other operators, technicians, and supervisory staff to achieve daily/monthly goals This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a High School Diploma or equivalent experience (required) Possess basic computer and math skills Demonstrate strong analytical, numerical, and reasoning abilities Can write routine reports and correspondence Are comfortable interpreting instructions in various forms (written, oral, diagram, schedule) Have good communication skills (written and verbal) Are able to stand and operate machinery for 6+ hours per day Preferably have 1-3 years' experience with mechanical abilities, safety rules, and maintenance instructions (preferred) Possess intermediate computer skills What happens next Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
