  • 3:30 PM) Are you looking for a hands-on manufacturing role?
Join our team as a Machine Operator! In this position, you will operate and monitor production machines, ensure product quality, and help meet daily production goals in a safe and fast-paced environment. What You'll Do Set up and operate production machines Load and unload materials and parts Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments Inspect parts using measuring tools and gauges Follow work instructions, specifications, and safety procedures Complete quality and production paperwork/computer records Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance Pack finished parts and prepare them for shipment Support team goals for safety, quality, and productivity What We're Looking For At least 1 year of manufacturing or machine operation experience Experience working with production equipment, presses, stamping machines, or similar machinery Ability to read and follow work instructions and specifications Basic measuring and inspection skills Basic computer skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to lift 35-50 lbs regularly Team-oriented with a positive attitude Preferred Experience Machine shop or stamping press experience General production or assembly experience Basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting Knowledge of 5S and continuous improvement practices Why Join Us? 1st Shift Schedule (7:00 AM
