SMT Operator (Entry Level) Confidential - 4.0 Pawtucket, RI Job Details Full-time Up to $24 an hour 1 hour ago Qualifications Computer operation Machine operation Manufacturing facility experience Attention to detail Load & unload Full Job Description Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Entry-Level SMT Operator to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for assisting with the setup and operation of surface mount equipment used to assemble printed circuit boards (PCBs). Responsibilities Assist with setting up and operating SMT and pick-and-place equipment. Load and unload PCBs and components into equipment. Set up, load, scan, and remove feeders as directed. Perform basic surface mount soldering and assembly tasks. Follow work instructions and production procedures. Identify and verify electronic components. Inspect work for accuracy and quality. Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Perform basic machine operation and routine equipment checks. Work cooperatively with team members and follow instructions from supervisors
Qualifications:
Previous manufacturing, assembly, or electronics experience is a plus, but not required. Willingness to learn SMT equipment and manufacturing processes. Basic computer skills. Ability to read and follow written and computerized instructions. Good attention to detail. Ability to identify different components. Hours are Monday through Friday 7am to 3:30pm The pay is up to $22.00 to $24.00 an hour
