Responsibilities Operate packaging machines and equipment with precision to ensure consistent product quality. Troubleshoot industrial equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain production flow. Follow safety standards and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) to uphold a safe working environment for all team members. Perform routine inspections of machinery, conduct basic maintenance, and utilize hand tools for minor repairs. Adhere strictly to safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Assist with inventory management by accurately counting, recording, and organizing materials during shifts. Requirements Prior experience operating packaging machines or working in food production or manufacturing environments is highly preferred. Ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts safely; certification is a plus. Mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills related to industrial equipment are essential. Basic math skills for measuring, counting, and recording data accurately. Familiarity with GMP standards, safety protocols, and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) requirements. Experience with hand tools, machining, or industrial equipment maintenance is advantageous. Warehouse experience or familiarity with material handling equipment operation is beneficial.
