Machine Operator

Temp-to-Hire Positions Shifts Available 2nd Shift (2:00pm-10:30pm) 3rd Shift (10:00pm-6:30am) Requirements of the Set-Up Machine Operator High School Diploma or GED Equivalent Minimum of 2 years of experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment Proficient in programming, setting up, and operating machines Familiarity with Grinding and heat treating is preferred Must be able to understand and respond to various notifications, both visual and audible, unless otherwise stated by the client Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job orders accurately Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and perform minor machine adjustments Know how to read gauges Stable work history Perks of the Set-up Machine Operator Temp-to-Hire Openings Available Competitive Pay Rates PTO Paid Holidays Climate Controlled Responsibilities of the Set-up Operator Set up and operate machines to produce precision parts according to specifications Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency Use precision measuring instruments such as bore gauges and coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to verify dimensions of finished parts Assemble and inspect components to ensure proper fit and function Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment as needed Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area HTI is an Equal Opportunity Employer
