The ideal candidate will be responsible for various production related tasks which include product manufacturing, product filling and shipping related functions as well as other duties as assigned. Responsibilities Operate paint manufacturing equipment such as filling equipment, pumps, valves, filling machines. Weigh and mix ingredients according to batch tickets. Monitor the mixing process to ensure consistency and quality of the final product. Operate a fork lift a plus but not required with physical lifting and working with a pallet jack daily. Unload dry and wet materials, load trucks with finished goods. Document production activities as required, maintaining accurate records of batches produced and participate in housekeeping activities ensuring a safe working space. Skills Must be able to read, write and communicate in English. Legal right to work with sponsorship (US Work authorization) Basic knowledge of word and excel software. Ability to operate a pallet jack safely and effectively. Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with team members efficiently.
