Canadian Executive Search Group (CES/AWS) is currently hiring dependable and motivated Machine Operators for a manufacturing facility in Duncan, SC! We are looking for hardworking individuals who are ready to join a fast-paced production environment.

$18.00+/HR (Depending on Shift)

AVAILABLE SHIFTS & SCHEDULES 1ST SHIFT

• DAY SHIFT Hours:

  6:00 AM
• 6:00

PM Typical Schedule:

Thursday

• Saturday 12-Hour Shifts 2ND SHIFT

• NIGHT SHIFT Hours:

  6:00 PM
• 6:00

AM Typical Schedule:

Thursday

• Saturday 12-Hour Shifts

WORK 3 DAYS A WEEK AND ENJOY 4 DAYS OFF!

Schedules may vary based on production needs.

POSITION SUMMARY

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment, ensuring quality production, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and are comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery and production equipment Load and unload materials into machines Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy Identify and report equipment malfunctions or production concerns Maintain production goals while following quality standards Perform basic machine adjustments and routine equipment checks Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines Assist with additional production duties as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred Ability to work 12-hour shifts Must be dependable and have reliable transportation Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and performing repetitive tasks Strong attention to detail and safety Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn and operate manufacturing equipment Must be available for the assigned shift and schedule
