Easley, SC Industrial Contract Description:
Assembler HTI is seeking dependable and detail oriented Assemblers for ElringKlinger in Easley, SC . This position is responsible for assembling parts and components, inspecting finished products for quality, and supporting production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates should be comfortable following work instructions, meeting production goals, and maintaining safety standards throughout the shift. Responsibilities Assembly Operator Assemble parts and components according to work instructions and production standards Inspect finished products to ensure quality requirements are met Operate basic production equipment and tools as needed Load and unload materials throughout the assembly process Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals Report any quality, equipment, or production issues to leadership Qualifications for an Assembly Operator Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Ability to stand for extended periods Must be able to bend, stoop, lift up to 50lbs, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Must be flexible to work overtime as needed Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Work Environment Manufacturing facility environment May be exposed to heat, noise, and moving equipment Steel toe or composite toe shoes are required PPE required as assigned Fast-paced setting with a strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork Schedule 1st and 2nd Shifts Available Shift length may range from 8 to 10 hours Overtime is required as needed Since 1999, Human Technologies, Inc. has partnered with the world's greatest companies to provide custom solutions for workforce management, development, and retention.
