Details:

Temp-to-Hire position $16.00 to $22.00 /hour Full Time work available Various shifts available (Monday through Friday) Operate and monitor various production machinery, adhering to established standard operating procedures. Execute precise taping operations on products or components, ensuring accuracy and quality. Set up, operate, and maintain spray booth equipment, ensuring proper material application and strict adherence to safety protocols. Conduct regular quality checks on work in progress and finished products to ensure they meet specifications. Adhere to all company safety guidelines, procedures, and policies within the warehouse environment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times. Assist with material handling, loading, and unloading as required. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production status and any potential issues. Qualifications:

Demonstrated ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately. Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential. Resume must be up to date and have strong work history to be considered.
