As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for loading and unloading parts, operating heat-treat equipment, and ensuring high-quality output in a fast-paced production environment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

Operate heat-treat equipment per production specifications Load and unload parts from baskets using manual and forklift methods Read lineups to determine correct load arrangements Monitor and adjust machinery settings for optimal performance Create shipping documentation and certifications for completed orders Perform equipment setup, breakdown, and routine maintenance Use related tools such as cranes, forklifts, and power tools as needed Maintain logs and monitor equipment output to ensure accuracy and quality
