$13.00/hour Increases to $14.50/hour upon successful completion of training

Position Overview As an Embroidery Operator in Training, you will learn how to operate embroidery machines used to personalize apparel and accessories. Training includes machine operation, quality inspection, trimming, packaging, order verification, and basic Cleanup and Quality Control responsibilities. Attention to detail is important as you will be responsible for ensuring designs, thread colors, and product specifications meet customer expectations and Marley Lilly quality standards. On your first day:

Park in the designated employee parking area. Enter through the Employee Entrance. Check in upon arrival. Have your badge photo taken. Complete onboarding and safety training. Learn about Marley Lilly, company expectations, and production procedures. Begin department-specific training.
