Become a pivotal member of our client's team as a Metal Plating Chemical Engineer and contribute significantly to electroplating processes. Our client is looking for a meticulous professional with a chemistry background to ensure that metal parts meet the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Perform electroplating processes on metal parts, adhering to specifications and quality standards. Monitor plating solutions, chemicals, and materials carefully. Conduct tests and inspections to guarantee coating quality. Maintain detailed records of all plating processes and solutions. Collaborate with suppliers on process improvements and troubleshooting. Provide guidance on chemical processes and safety practices. Complete environmental reporting requirements. Direct and oversee production processes and efficiency.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in chemistry or related field. Experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in metal plating. Proficiency in chemical analysis techniques. Ability to lift 35 pounds and stand for extended periods. Strong knowledge of chemistry as it relates to plating.
