As a recognized leader in the boiler industry, BTA focuses on delivering high-quality pressure part replacements with an emphasis on speed, quality, and customer satisfaction. The Laborer will play a vital role in the fabrication shop by assisting welders and other technicians in various tasks essential for the production and assembly of boiler components. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and assembly of materials and components for fabrication. Support welders and technicians by providing tools and materials as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards. Load and unload materials; help transport components to work areas. Participate in inventory checks and store materials properly. Follow directions from supervisors and contribute to teamwork in various projects. Engage in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and advance in the position. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred. No prior experience required; willingness to learn and develop skills is essential. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team. Physical stamina and strength to perform labor-intensive tasks. Familiarity with safety protocols in a manufacturing environment is a plus. Strong work ethic and reliability in attendance and performance. Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to meet production demands.
