Position Responsibilities:
Configure tooling, fixtures, molds, and chemical dispensing or metering equipment according to blueprints and job orders Monitor and control machines, ovens, shapers, and cut-off saws to regulate product flow, temperature, and timing Perform calibration shots and use precision scales to verify chemical speed-mixer formulations and ratios Use calipers, tape measures, and micrometers to inspect finished parts for defects and ensure adherence to strict tolerances Diagnose mechanical issues, adjust settings to improve performance, and perform routine maintenance Read work prints accurately to produce specified final molds Utilize razor blade for trimming/finishing when necessary Wear mandatory Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to safely handle chemical fumes and keep work zones clean
Essential Skills and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalent.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
