Full Job Description Embroiderer Location:
462 Wando Park Blvd, Suite E, Charleston/Mt. Pleasant, SC Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Embroiderer to join our production team. The ideal candidate has experience operating commercial embroidery machines, understands garment handling, and can maintain high-quality standards in a fast-paced sports apparel environment. Responsibilities Operate commercial embroidery machines to customize soccer uniforms and team apparel Set up embroidery jobs including hooping, thread selection, and machine programming Review artwork and ensure proper logo placement, sizing, and stitch quality Perform quality checks on completed items before production completion Maintain embroidery equipment and troubleshoot minor machine issues Organize production schedules to meet team and customer deadlines Work collaboratively with design, sales, and production staff Qualifications Previous embroidery experience required Experience with commercial embroidery machines such as Tajima, Barudan, Brother, or similar Ability to read work orders and follow production specifications Strong attention to detail and consistency Ability to work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment Basic computer skills and familiarity with embroidery software are a plus Preferred Skills Knowledge of soccer apparel brands and teamwear Experience with digitizing embroidery files Apparel production or print shop experience Strong time management and multitasking abilities Physical Demands and Work Environment The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to perform the essential functions of this position.
