Job Description
Nesco Resource is hiring for an Interior Doors Assembler role. This position involves performing repetitive assembly operations on a production line to mass-produce doors. The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities & Tasks:
Assembly:
Place parts in correct relationships and fasten them together using bolts, clips, or screws. Cutting & Measuring:
Cut products to specified measurements for assembly. Quality Control:
Inspect parts and finished products for defects and remove defective items. Machine Operation:
Operate and monitor machinery used for fastening and assembly. Workstation Flexibility:
Rotate between workstations based on production needs and product models. Housekeeping:
Clean equipment, floors, and work areas per safety standards. Work Environment & Physical Demands:
Standing:
Continuous standing required throughout the shift. Manual Dexterity:
Frequent use of hands for handling, fingering, and feeling. Lifting:
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs continuously, 50 lbs frequently, and 100 lbs occasionally. Skills & Aptitudes:
Ability to read and follow simple instructions. Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division). Ability to read a tape measure accurately. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Pay:
Weekly $17.00/hour Work Schedule:
