Job Responsibilities:
Assemble components to create packaging interiors according to customer specifications.
Maintain high quality standards while following all safety procedures and company policies.
Safely and properly operate hand tools and equipment required for assembly tasks.
Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality expectations are met.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications:
Ability to safely use a variety of hand tools.
Must be able to bend, stoop, and perform repetitive movements throughout an 8-hour shift.
Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 8-10 hours per shift.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Job Requirements
Assembly and Hand tool experience required
