Job Description

PL Developments, also known as PLD, is a leading manufacturer, packager, and distributor of over-the-counter (OTC) pharmaceutical products and consumer healthcare goods.
JOB SUMMARY
The Rogue Compounder is responsible for preparing and blending ingredients to produce Nictotine Polacrilex products in accordance with established formulas, quality standards, and safety procedures. This role involves operating and monitoring mixing equipment, measuring and recording ingredient quantities, and ensuring batch accuracy and consistency. The operator will clean and sanitize equipment, handle materials—including those containing Nicotine Polacrilex—and maintain detailed production records.
Work Schedules:
Sunday - Thursday 10:00pm - 6:30am
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma required or equivalent A minimum of 2 years of experience preferred Attention to detail to ensure product quality Knowledge of safety protocols and the ability to follow them Strong communication, mathematical and writing abilities Proficiency in English reading comprehension and the ability to adhere to written instructions Forklift certification (certification provided by PL Developments Willing to work extended hours, including weekends and various shift schedules
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Batch Nicotine derivative products Controls equipment to blend specified chemicals possessing articular uniqueness Understand specifications to determine batch characteristics, type and weight of ingredients to be used Select, pre-weigh ingredients to specification, and reconcile ingredient usage for each batch Start equipment and adjust temperature, time, and speed controls to blend ingredients, adding additional ingredients during blending cycle as specified Record type and quantity of materials used Be familiar with the processes of the department to transfer products into holding containers. Wash and sanitize blenders and other equipment as necessary Will have responsibilities involving the handling and proximity to Nicotine Polacrilex
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Able to lift up to 50 lbs. Able to stand for extended periods Able to perform repetitive motions, such as stirring, pouring, or scooping Able to tolerate working in environments with fluctuating temperatures, moderate noise levels, and exposure to chemicals or dust Adhere to strict safety protocols, including wearing personal protective equipment Able to pass a respiratory fitness exam. Able to wear a full face respirator.
