Job Description
General Summary :
- This position is an in-office position at our Rock Hill, SC facility.
Shift & Pay :
- Full-Time Machine Operator consisting of two 8-hour shifts and two 12-hours shifts, Monday - Thursday.
Early Hybrid:
6:45pm to 7:15am (Mon/Wed) / 10:45pm to 7:15am (Tue/Thurs) 3rdLate Hybrid:
10:45pm to 7:15am (Mon/Wed) / 10:45pm to 11:15am (Tue/Thurs)- Pay increase on average within 90 days of employment up to $1.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Set-up production line with raw material and weld/solder the joints of each reel-to-reel. Perform machine set-ups and changeovers when staging new product.
- Monitor mechanical and chemical operations along the production line. Report any complications or improvements to machine operations.
- Monitor machine alarms, conduct line audits, and troubleshoot deficiencies. Conduct preventive maintenance, clean machinery, and maintain shop cleanliness while adhering to shop safety.
- Perform initial quality checks on the product for peeling, thickness, electroplating location, and appearance. Communicate with Leadership and Quality Assurance on findings; adjust machinery as necessary per audit findings and document corrective actions.
- Other duties as needed and directed by the supervisor.
Position Requirements:
- This position requires extensive walking, standing, and lifting of heavy material up to 50lbs.
- Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail are critical.
- Willingness to work in shifts (late/early hours, 8 to 12-hour shifts, and overtime)
