Transform the everyday with us The Electrical Products (EP) Business Unit offers a full range of low-voltage power distribution and control products that deliver safe, reliable, and efficient electrical solutions across residential, commercial, and industrial markets. We are looking for Assembly Prep Operators to join our Busway team on 3rd shift. This position will be based at our Roebuck, SC facility.
Shift Hours :
10:00 pm - 6:00 am
Hourly Rate :
$24.20 plus $1.25 Shift Differential You'll win us over by having the following qualifications: Basic Qualifications Must be able to speak, read, write, and comprehend the English language. Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs., pushing/pulling/handling heavy materials, using coordinated hand and arm movements, and performing movements such as stooping, bending, squatting, crawling, and climbing. In this role, you must be able to meet the physical requirements, which include, but are not limited to, the following: Ability to complete a 1/4 mile walk within 7 minutes, lift up to 40 lbs., sustain grip of a least 26 lbs. using two fingers & standing for 30 minutes. Manufacturing Responsibilities:
Reach, grasp, lift 50 lbs., push/slide/pull heavy material Ability to work in a team environment, cross-train and multi-task Bolting, screwing, fastening parts together with hand and/or powered tools Testing and adjusting duct as needed Weatherstrip, pull tape off housing, base machine operation, sub-assembly prep
