Job Description

Due to new business growth, we are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team. This position is responsible for operating a variety of equipment including drill presses, spin dies, and small mounting presses to support production needs. 1st shift 7am-3:30pm

starts at $17.00 or DOE Key Responsibilities Operate drill presses, spin dies, and small mounting presses according to work instructions Set up and adjust machines for production runs Monitor equipment to ensure proper operation and identify any issues Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality specifications Perform basic troubleshooting and report mechanical problems to supervisors Maintain accurate production records as required Follow all safety procedures and company policies Keep work area clean, organized, and free of hazards Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals Qualifications Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment preferred but not required Ability to read and follow work instructions Strong attention to detail and quality Basic mechanical aptitude Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Please apply
