Machine Operator / Extrusion Operator ($20/hr-$22/hr) Recruiting Solutions is hiring Machine Operators / Production Operators / Extrusion Operators for a growing manufacturing facility in Simpsonville,. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire manufacturing job. Weekly pay every Friday. Schedule:
Day Shift | 12-hour rotating schedule | 2 Days On / 2 Days Off | Every other weekend Night Shift | 7:45 PM - 8:00 AM | 12-hour rotating schedule What you'll do: Operate production machinery including extrusion and slitter machines Monitor machine performance, product quality, and production efficiency Troubleshoot machine issues and make basic mechanical adjustments Perform machine set-ups, changeovers, and material loading Load and unload plastic film and resin materials Enter machine settings and adjust during setup and troubleshooting Occasionally operate a forklift Maintain safety standards, production accuracy, and a clean work area Work in an industrial manufacturing environment What we're looking for: Previous machine operator, production, or manufacturing experience strongly preferred Experience with extrusion, plastics, slitter machines, or industrial equipment is a plus Familiar with machine setup, start-up, changeovers, and troubleshooting Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled factory environment Able to stand, lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks during 12-hour shifts Safety-focused, reliable attendance, and strong attention to detail Willingness to work either day shift or night shift as scheduled
