WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION

Machine operations: on/off and adjustments Machine setup for parts being manufactured Training in DSI/JDE production reporting Understanding work orders/BOMs/routings Familiarity of heat shrink connector part numbers and raw material Quality inspection of parts Operation of scales Maintain well-organized and clean work environment General packaging and assembly assignments, as required Safety requirements, as applicable

YOU HAVE

High school diploma or equivalent Team-focused approach and willingness to exchange and share information with coworkers as well as follow verbal and written instructions provided by production lead Strong work ethic, attention to detail and a high sense of urgency Willingness to work voluntary/mandatory overtime when business dictates Abilities to meet the following physical and environmental demands: Lift up to 35 pounds Stand or sit for a prolonged period throughout an 8-hour shift Bend, stoop, twist, reach Operate motorized equipment safely Ability to work with small parts using hand-eye coordination
